<><> <>I made these for a girl I visit teach, who just had a baby boy!

Ok so cut out the pieces as described on the pattern. You should have 4 top pieces and 4 sole pieces as well as any embellishment you may want to add.
Just a not in sizing up the pattern cut where it says to cut the buckle part off and then add the amount labeled 3-12 months and then reattach the buckle piece.

Start by sewing right sides together the two top pieces. Don't sew the outside line together.

Then turn it right side out and top stitch the edge.

Then add any applique or design you want to the shoe. (you could also do this last if you want)

Then with right sides together pin the top to both layers of the sole. You want the "buckle" piece to be against the sole and then the toe of the shoe will over lap the buckle.

Then sew around the edge. To finish it off nice I trim away the extra fabric and then serge the edge, but it is optional.

I made these cuties for my good friend who is having a girl after 2 boys! I am very excited for her :)

Toddler Bib

This is another Toddler bib that I made for my boy...eating with style! :)

for this one I bought a thinner vinyl so that it is easy to fold up and put in my bag for on the go eating.

first layer is vinyl, fabric, then vinyl.
you need a piece of fabric that is about 1/3 the size of the back of the main/front fabric.. so that when you flip your pocket you have a coordinating fabric.

you need bias tape to sew along the edge and velcro (non sticky) to sew on the tabs.
button snaps after the bib is finished.

for cleaning.. I just use a lysol wipe :)

Diaper case

These diaper cases are convenient to find diapers in your bag!

I regret to inform that I didn't write instructions on how to make this.. so next time I make one I will make instructions and post! and if you  need one, send me fabric and I will make one

Mom & Me

 So.. as of lately I have decided that I am not going to keep up with the Mom & Me website and I will just post the things that I make on Crafty Shak.. I have made stuff for people through custom order and that is what I will continue to do.. but I have mainly done word of mouth type stuff..not big on advertising.

 I really enjoy making stuff for other people! So if there is something you want.. I will make it!

These are just examples of the baby items that I have made for people.. although I will no longer be making the diaper bags.

Nursing Cover

I made this nursing cover for a friend and I like the fabric.

I had some leftover nylon chiffon and made a flower..along with 2 different black and white fabrics.

Baby Boy!

As you may notice, I am having a boy..soon. Therefore, I bought 4 fabric patterns from Heather Bailey and went to work! of course in the meantime of all these projects, my machine went caput and had to borrow a friends (thank you Julia!!).

These projects are feasible, just a little time consuming..on some (like the bumper)

Baby blue, lime green, and yellow are the colors I chose, since the walls in the room were already yellow..so the fabrics are mostly blue and green, with some yellow in 2 of them.

I bought 2 yards of 2 of the fabrics, and 1 yard of the other 2 and was able to make all this! I also used 2 sets of white sheets :) The minky fabric I bought about 1 yard and have some left over.. I even have some left over of the Heather Bailey fabric!

Toddler Bibs

These are coordinating pocket Bibs!

(Can you tell I have 2 girls?)

They are lined in vinyl for easy wiping and cleaning and creates a nice large pocket for food to fall in, when eating. has a velcro neck; easy for Toddler to put on and take off. Snaps for the pockets that can easily be unfolded for cleaning!
